We recently posted a sketch from the service manual of upcoming Chevrolet Corvette C7. The sketch showed the front end of the new car which is scheduled to be launched on January 13 2013 but we now know how the upcoming American supercar looks like.
Appended here are some CAD drawings of the Corvette C7 and as can be made out, the C7 looks way too different from the outgoing car.
The car gets chunky headlamps and Camaro-like tail lamps. The long bonnet combined with the steeply raking windshield and the stylish vents on the fenders give the C7 an air of sportiness that is seen only on the most serious of the supercars.
On the inside, the car gets a driver focussed set-up with central console inclined towards the driver.
Power option for the car includes an updated 6.2 litre LT1 V8 motor along with an entry level 3.6 litre V6 motor to tackle to the CAFE (Corporate Average Fuel Economy) law in the US.
