For things which function as your eyes behind the head, rearview mirrors haven’t really evolved to serve any other purpose other than that. Some have been infused with turn indicators, but then that’s that. So someone thought, maybe it’s a good idea if some music could be introduced to spice things up a little.
Two tiny speakers are embedded within the glass area in such a manner that it doesn’t affect the basic functionality of a mirror. The glass housing has slots to connect a zip drive, memory cards and there’s an Aux-in port too. Not just that, there are control buttons to switch between the sources and if you’re in the mood, you may tune into FM radio too.
