Indian two-wheeler manufacturer and world’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer by production, Hero MotoCorp reported yet another month of over five-and-half-lakh sales. The company sold 5,58,982 units of two-wheelers in the month of January 2015. The number, however, is lesser than the corresponding month last year. In January 2014, Hero MotoCorp had sold a total of 5,61,253 units.
Hero MotoCorp had closed 2014 with sales of 66,45,787, its highest-ever sales achieved for any calendar year. In terms of sales registered from international markets, Hero MotoCorp capped the year 2014 with over two lakh unit sales (January-December 2014) – close to 50% more than the 135,184 units sold in calendar year 2013.

With such a crap portfolio its remarkable for Hero to put up such numbers. Unfortunately with even rediculous line up to come, it can never last long.
