Harley-Davidson launched the H-D India smartphone application, building on their initiatives to develop connections with their customers that go beyond the motorcycle. Harley -Davidson wishes to bring like minded Harley owners together through the launch of this new application.
This ‘Screamin Eagle’ addition to the phone will give Harley-Davidson owners a platform to create, plan and share rides, follow events, share experiences, stay connected to their H.O.G chapters, access road side assistance and inform about new products. A custom social network has been built which will allow riders to follow one another’s updates, also enabling them to look for other riders in the vicinity, when on the move.
In addition, the application will allow users to set reminders for service updates, P.U.C and insurance renewals. ability to share pictures, riding routes and an option to store important information like Driver’s Licence details, Motorcycle registration etc. So now if you own a Harley, you could find similar people in your vicinity, plan a ride, fire that motor and just disappear.
