TVS Scooty Zest 110 comes with new features including a backlit speedometer, new LED tail lamps, new twilight lamps, a textured floor board, painted switch panels, new leaf shaped mirrors and a new compact muffler with stainless steel guard. The scooter also gets retractable bag hooks and under seat hooks. A highly useful feature is a novel pen glove box where the rider can keep small artefacts. The claimed fuel efficiency figure of 62 kmpl is likely to work in TVS’s favour. But what might work against it is the ‘scooter for women’ image that it has developed over the years that is likely to restrict its audience reach.
