The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG has Gull-Wing doors, and it would’ve survived an incident like this if those Gulls could transform into Gills. Cargo falling off from a transporter ship is common incident, However, what fell this time, would’ve surprised the Sharks and the Nemo’s.
After paying roughly 3/4th of a million dollars for a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, a man in Argentina waited for his dream machine to arrive, staring at the sea for days on end. The delivery though was made in the form of a nightmare, a mess which looks very ‘Messy’, as three containers, one of which had his car, fell from the ship into the ocean while being transported. The container was retrieved after 5-days and they spent another 5 hanging it out in the sun to dry. The car however, had too much to drink which caused a lot of damage to it’s internals and the electrics. As a result, it was declared as a total loss by the insurance company and transported back to Germany.
This incident happened in 2013, however, it’s only now the Argentinians have published pictures and the story.
