We reported to you earlier regarding HM revisiting their old school pick up and reincarnating it. Today we have the spy shots of HM pick-up which confirms that the company is planning to launch the vehicle in the market.
Under the hood we can expect HM’s all-time favourite Isuzu 1.8 liter petrol with a company fitted CNG kit which makes it a perfect city pickup truck producing 54 bhp of power and 105 Nm of torque and for the highways there is the 1.5 liter Diesel engine which has been doing duty in the Amby producing 35.5bhp of power and 73Nm of torque. Looking at the interiors they look typical basic and similar to the current Amby.
With the market already saturated with the 207 & Maxx we wonder how the HM Pickup truck will be able to find its niche, especially if its not equipped with a contemporary engine. Do you think there’s a need for such a product in the market?
