Yamaha SZ 150 all India tour kicks off

The Yamaha SZ 150 All India Rally has been flagged off in Delhi today and will conclude on the 17th of Oct. in Cochin after crossing 67 cities in 17 states in India.

We broke the news a few months back that Yamaha was going to launch a new all-India tour this year, much similar to the India Bike Rally that they organised last year. The tour was flagged off today morning with 20 hand-picked riders who will ride the SZ 150 executive commuter throughout 67 cities and 17 states in India. Over the next 30 days, the SZ 150 motorcycles will travel through Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Goa, Orissa, Chattisgarh, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. The rally will conclude on the 17th of October 2010 in Cochin. On the way the 20 riders, who are been split into two groups of 10 each, will visit various Yamaha dealerships on their way. Cochin will play host to rock show on the 17th of October when the rally concludes.
