The most significant change, as can be seen, lies in the visuals; all concentrated up front. The frontal redesign is in line with the European Rapid and the current generation Fabia. Booking for the new Skoda Rapid have commenced; the token amount is INR 25,000.

Inside, the Rapid facelift will continue with a dual-tone black-and-beige color scheme. While the dashboard design, seats and door trims will be unchanged, expect revised seat fabrics and new floor carpets. In its current state of the tune, the engine make 110 PS and 250 Nm. As for petrol power, the 1.6-litre engine will be available a well, mated to either a 5-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission.
