Inspired by a famous custom motorcycle
The special edition is based on the one off Caliber Royale custom motorcycle built by Rough Crafts. It was first displayed at EICMA 2025 and later showcased in India during Motoverse 2025. Royal Enfield has now transformed that custom build into a production motorcycle without losing its premium look.
Every motorcycle also comes with a numbered artwork featuring the Caliber Royale sketch. It is signed by Rough Crafts founder Winston Yeh, making it a special collectible for owners.
What makes this edition different?
The biggest changes are in the design and finish. Royal Enfield has added several exclusive details that cannot be found on the standard Shotgun 650.
Key highlights include
- Gloss Jet Black and Matt Stealth Black paint
- Hand finished gold leaf stripes with grey accents
- Cast brass Rough Crafts badge
- Individually numbered fuel tank
- Black bar end mirrors
- Premium quilted leather seat
- Contrast cut alloy wheels
- Gold finished front fork tubes
- Signed Caliber Royale artwork with every motorcycle
These changes give the motorcycle a premium appearance and help it stand apart from the regular version.

Engine and performance
There are no mechanical updates on this limited edition model. It continues with the same proven engine found on the standard Shotgun 650.
Engine specifications
- 648cc parallel twin air and oil cooled engine
- 47 hp of power
- 52.3 Nm of torque
- Six speed gearbox
- Dual channel ABS
The motorcycle delivers the same riding experience, with all the attention going towards its exclusive styling and limited production.
