Royal Enfield Continental GT drops the yellow painted variant, now available in green

RE-Continental GT - GT Green - 2

Royal Enfield has added a new colour option to its cafe racer, the Continental GT. You can now buy the Royal Enfield Continental GT in GT Green colour shade. The motorcycle was initially offered in GT Red and GT Yellow. It was soon followed by the GT Black colour option. The seat for the GT Green comes wrapped in brown colour while rest of bits and pieces remain identical to other paint schemes.

However, the thumper has dropped the GT Yellow paint job from its list of options. The Continental GT is currently available in three colour options – GT Red, GT Black and GT Green.

The motorcycle draws power from a 535cc single-cylinder engine with electronically-controlled fuel-injection. The motor delivers 29bhp of power and 44 Nm of torque and comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The motorcycle is capable of reaching a top speed of 140 km/h and comes loaded with Pirelli Sport Demon tyres on its 18-inch wheels.

  1. I love the color. Now, Mr. Lal, do the hard part. Put the updated Series 3 Twin in that beautiful bike and get with it. The bike now is a “no go-show boat. ” A simple engine change will quickly remedy that.

  2. When this bike was launched, i would see it at least once or twice on road for a month. Now though, i dont get to see it anywhere, at all!!! Its like its disappeared!!!
