Since its launch in 2017, ARENA has led the way in offering tech-savvy, and seamless car purchasing experiences to a diverse customer base. Over the period of six years, Maruti Suzuki ARENA has accomplished a significant milestone by serving a remarkable 7 million customers throughout the nation.

Maruti Suzuki ARENA: Network and Sales Report

Through the Maruti Suzuki Arena outlets, six of the top ten most-sold cars in 2022 were retailed. Within a span of six years, the Arena dealerships have been responsible for selling 7.05 million cars in the domestic market. Spread across the country, Maruti Suzuki currently has a whopping 2,853 outlets across 2,392 cities.

Every year, Maruti Suzuki ARENA has brought the Gift of Mobility to more than 1 million families across the country. Notably, in the fiscal year 2023-24 until July 2023, Maruti Suzuki ARENA has played a significant role, contributing to 68% of the total Maruti Suzuki sales. The lineup of ARENA models features 6 out of the top 10 best-selling cars of 2022. This represents the company’s dedication towards meeting the needs of the Indian market.

Maruti Suzuki ARENA: Find Your Match

In celebration of its sixth Anniversary, ARENA is set to introduce a fresh brand campaign titled “Find Your Match.” This campaign aims to emphasize that customers not only discover their perfect cars but also establish meaningful connections with Maruti Suzuki ARENA. “Find Your Match” expresses the idea that the ARENA marks the starting point of a new journey with every new vehicle.

Meanwhile, all the ARENA showrooms are thoughtfully designed to offer distinctive experiences, with new modern technology. From car customization to access to comprehensive product information, customers can also embark on a digital exploration through ARENA Verse—a unique Metaverse platform for the company’s ARENA showroom network.

Maruti Suzuki Joy of Mobility

Maruti Suzuki proudly shares that its Arena initiative has brought the ‘Joy of Mobility’ to more than 1 million families in India every year. Notably, Arena played a significant role, contributing to 68 per cent of Maruti Suzuki’s total sales in the financial year 2023-24 up until July.

Meanwhile, the journey began with the inauguration of the first Maruti Suzuki Arena showroom in 2017. It’s noteworthy that the company has digitally transformed 24 out of the 26 steps in the automotive consumer journey, aligning with the dynamic needs of customers.

In its effort to fulfil ever-evolving customer needs and offer them experiences at par with global benchmarks, the ARENA channel has emerged as the definitive choice for Indian car buyers.”

He added, “With over 29% standalone market share in FY 23-24 till July’23, Maruti Suzuki ARENA is a clear leader in the Automotive segment. The ARENA portfolio of 9 products, has contributed to 68% of overall Maruti Suzuki sales#, posing a strong outlook for the rest of the financial year.”
