Honda CBR250RR first impressions all the way from Indonesia : VIDEO

You have already read about the new CBR250RR and heard the motorcycle’s exhaust sound. We may have to wait for some time, if not forever, to get our hands on the motorcycle so instead we got you the first impressions of the motorcycle from the folks who rode the motorcycle in Indonesian, OTOMOTIF TV. Unfortunately, the video is in the local language and we could not understand a single word despite using YouTube’s tools. That being said, you can get a fair idea about the features of the motorcycle such as DRL integrated front blinkers, toggle switch to change engine mode and how to set lap timer as the anchors fiddle with the controls.

Here is the video by OTOMOTIF TV:

For a quick recap, the much awaited CBR250RR made its debut in the concept form at the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show. The production spec motorcycle was unveiled at an event held in Indonesia. As per the technical specifications revealed at the blogger meet, the motorcycle will draw power from a 250cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke 4-valve straight-twin DOHC motor which comes mated to a six speed transmission. The instrument panel shows a heady 14,000 rpm redline and although Honda has remained tight-lipped about the output, the performance numbers are expected to be around 35 bhp which is in the range of what the current breed of quarter-litres from Japan are delivering.
