Last month, Ford India had launched a new ‘Black Edition’ of its popular EcoSport compact SUV. Essentially a lukewarm visual upgrade, the new EcoSport Black Edition has been detailed in new live images. Prices for the new offering start at INR 8.58 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), with the special edition available in Trend+, Titanium & Titanium+ variants. The EcoSport Black Edition will be available with all three engine options on the Ecosport – 1.0 Ecoboost, 1.5 Ti-VCT and 1.5 TDCi.
The list of new features on the EcoSport Black Edition revolves around a black themed exterior detailing, and are provided below:
- Black grille
- Blacked-out moulded headlamps with signature LED light guides
- 16-inch black alloy wheels
- Black mirror covers
- Black fog lamp bezels
- Black roof rails  with black roof cross bars
Other notable features on the EcoSport Black Edition include Features on the Ford EcoSport Black include automatic headlights, automatic wipers, electrochromatic internal mirror, interior chrome pack, push button start, SYNC with AppLink, six airbags, and a leather wrapped handbrake.
