Ford India, to celebrate 50,000 sales for the Figo have announced the Ford Figo Smart & Smarter India Tour for young couples. During the drive the couples will get to discover India and do what Ford likes calling ‘Smart and smarter things’ in various cities. The car that the couple would use for the drive would be the 50,000th Ford Figo.
The tour will last for three weeks. It will start from Chandigarh and end in Chennai, where the Figo is made. The tour Figo will pass through Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Gwalior, Indore, Nagpur, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. Each chosen couple will drive one leg of the route (3-5 days) and hand over the car to the next. In each city, the couples will get a chance to be a part of the promotions that Ford India will conduct and experience some of the Smart and Smarter activities in those cities.
It’s not just this road trip that lucky couples get to win. Once the trip ends, the couples will also get an ‘all-expenses-paid vacation’ to an interesting destination in India. What’s more, the ‘Most Popular couple’ which gets the most number of comments on their blog gets a cash prize of Rs. 50,000.
