The nice chap that you see in this video is Jake Wile. He can be seen piloting his BMW through an autocross course with his girlfriend Maggie in the passenger seat.
He decides that it is the best time for a proposal and this is what follows-
A big, showy, handbrake slide and-
Maggie- “Don’t show off.”
Jake- “I gotta ask you something.”
Maggie- “What.”
Jake- “I gotta ask you something.”
Maggie- “What?”
Jake- “You’re the most amazing woman I’ve ever met in my life. Every minute has been a joy. I want you to be on my team for life, and I want you to be my co-driver for life. Would you take your helmet off? Maggie O’Brien, would you marry me?”
Maggie- “Shit, yeah. Yeah. Aww, I’m stuck. (un-does her belts) Yes.”
Moments later, he slides a ring on to her finger and they hit the pits.
This is what she said at the end of all this- “You screwed up my times for the rest of the day!”
