Ather Revolutionizes EV Servicing

Ather has unveiled ExpressCare, a game-changer in EV servicing designed to provide top-notch service within just 60 minutes

ExpressCare: Redefining EV Servicing

Ather Energy’s ExpressCare sets a new standard in EV servicing, allowing customers to get their scooters serviced swiftly without compromising on quality.

Currently, there are 20 ExpressCare service centers in the top 11 cities, and the company aims to expand this number to around 50 by March 2024.

The ExpressCare Process

ExpressCare is a meticulously crafted mode of service that places customer time at the forefront.

The process involves two highly skilled technicians working in tandem to complete a comprehensive service in under 60 minutes, a significant reduction from standard servicing times. This efficient approach ensures that customers can get back on the road promptly, minimizing downtime.

The ExpressCare workshops also feature a robust appointment system. This system allows customers to reserve service bays in advance, enhancing convenience and ensuring a seamless experience.

Customers can opt for the express service by paying a nominal premium, ranging between Rs. 125 to Rs. 150, making it an accessible and valuable choice.

ExpressCare’s Impact

Since its introduction, ExpressCare has gained substantial traction, with over 2000 customers availing the service in the last two months. This surge in popularity is a testament to the effectiveness and efficiency of the ExpressCare model.

Ather Energy’s Vision

Ravneet Singh Phokela, Chief Business Officer of Ather Energy, emphasized the brand’s commitment to providing a seamless service experience. ExpressCare aligns with Ather Energy’s ecosystem approach to building EVs, ensuring that the service experience complements the innovative and sustainable nature of their vehicles.

Ravneet Singh Phokela also hinted at more services in the pipeline, indicating a continuous effort to provide hassle-free experiences to consumers.

Expanding Reach for Convenience

Currently boasting 156 service centers across India, Ather Energy’s plan to add 50 more by March 2024 underscores its dedication to making EV servicing accessible to a wider audience. This expansion aligns with the growing adoption of EVs, ensuring that Ather Energy remains at the forefront of servicing needs.
