It’s party time for the folks at Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL), as the company’s sales report for the month of September 2016 has shown some positive numbers due to their efforts. The company’s product portfolio for India consists of ten car models – Eon, i10, Grand i10, Elite i20, Active i20, Xcent, Verna, Creta, Elantra and Santa Fe. With the help of these car models rolled out of Hyundai ‘s manufacturing plant near Chennai , the company has made the following sales figures.

in September alone, the car manufacturer registered domestic sales of 42,605 units and exported 16,606 vehicles with cumulative sales of 59,211 units for the month of September 2016.

Commenting on the September sales Mr. Rakesh Srivastava, Sr. Vice President Sales and Marketing, Hyundai Motor India Ltd. said that Hyundai with a domestic volume of 42,605 units in September ‘16 registered highest ever sales of 370,448 units for the CY (Jan-Sep ‘16) with a sustained growth of 7.9% with a strong portfolio of Modern Premium products led by Creta, Elite i20, and Grand i10. We hope that the festive season will see a benchmark growth in the industry with the evenly spread monsoon along with the 7th Pay commission building to positive sentiments in the market.”
