Ford recently announced that at least 120 of the total 500 units of the Made-in-India EcoSport would be shipped to Europe early next year.
This Ford EcoSport Limited Edition features 17-inch alloy wheels, leather interior and the much discussed Ford SYNC AppLink package. The Limited Edition would go on sale for a price of £16,995
The EcoSport Titanium variant, deliveries of which would commence soon after the Limited Edition has been sold out, would come draped in a shade of ‘Panther Black’ and would be priced from £14,995 on road in UK. The Titanium variant will come with features such as 16-inch alloy wheels, silver roof rails, power wing mirrors, keyless entry and push-button start.The engine options for the UK-Spec EcoSport Titanium are the same as those for Indian version. This means that the car would be available with a 1.0-liter 125PS Ecoboost petrol, 112PS 1.5 litres petrol and a 1.5-liter 91PS diesel engine in UK. The Limited Edition would be offered only with the diesel and EcoBoost engine option.
The Titanium variant will also offer other features such as Tyre Pressure Monitoring system, daytime running lights, ABS, ESP, EBA, seven airbags, EATC, CD/radio with USB/aux in and steering-mounted audio controls.
Deliveries of the EcoSport in the UK will commence in Spring, 2014.
