Mahindra Scorpio EX recall

The Mahindra Scorpio Ex is being recalled for preventive inspection of a possibly faulty part. So if you are reading this and you own a Scorpio Ex, bought between May 2012 and Novemeber 2013, you could be contacted by Mahindra or your authorized dealer. Post the inspection, if any part requires replacement, it will be done free of cost and with immediate effect. The recall only applies to the Ex variant of the Scorpio, manufactured between the mentioned period and doesn’t apply to any other variant or vehicle.

Curious minds will remember, certain units of the Mahindra Scorpio Ex were recalled in 2013 for replacement of potentially faulty pressure valves. Many people feel apprehensive about manufacturers who recall their vehicles, however, try and look at it as a courteous manufacturer who cares about it’s product, even after it has been sold.
