Motoroids has been closely following the achievements of young racing talent Aditya Patel. The Audi India racing driver has completed his testing in the Audi R8 LMS Ultra sportscar. Aditya will be seen competing in the 7th VLN endurance race which will be held on the 4th of next month. The race will be held at the Nürburgring motorsports complex and Aditya will partner with three times Le Mans winner Marco Werner.
“All I see before my eyes now is the starting line at the Nürburgring. That is my level of excitement. The testing was successful, the car is a superb piece of technology and combined with the expert partnership of the legendary Marco Werner, I am very confident about our capabilities in finishing the race. The Audi R8 LMS Ultra is powerful, has fantastic balance, is extremely stable around the corners and drives like none other on the track”, says Aditya.
The Audi R8 LMS Ultra is lighter than its predecessor by a good 40 kgs and is also more aerodynamic. The new car also has the advantage of wider front wheels and better brake cooling. We wish Aditya all the best for the upcoming VLN endurance race.
