The BluEarth-GT AE51 and BluEarth-FE AE30 tyres are being provided by the Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd. as original equipment (OE) for the new Prius PHEV, which will be available this spring, as well as the new Prius, which went on sale in Japan and around the world in January 2023. The BluEarth-GT AE51’s tyres are 195/50R19 88H, while the BluEarth-FE AE30’s tyres are 195/60R17 90H.

The structure has also been tuned to provide a comfortable ride.
A BluEarth standard tyre with increased fuel efficiency is the BluEarth-FE AE30. It exhibits outstanding fuel economy and a high degree of harmony between fundamental performance characteristics like quietness, comfortable performance, a comfortable ride, and long life. A new profile and compound have been created for the new BluEarth-FE AE30 to effectively combine low rolling resistance and high levels of wet performance.By tuning the structure, it has also been possible to achieve quietness and stable steering.

The Prius
At the just-completed Auto Expo 2023, the Japanese automaker Toyota displayed the wildly popular Prius hybrid. The Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA) platform serves as the foundation for the Prius PHV.
A three-dimensional acrylic grille and ultra-compact four-LED headlamp units with adaptive technology are the focal points of the fascia. It has a sporty personality and a ground-hugging stance thanks to the vertically stacked DRLs and LED turn indicators. Dual-tone alloy wheels draw attention to the side profile, which is also enhanced by a sloping roofline and a longer rear overhang. The sporty curve of the rear spoiler and the model-specific integrated LED light clusters highlight the rear section.
