Steelbird launches Oscar flip-up helmet for Rs 1,179

One of the oldest and leading helmet manufacturers, Steelbird, in collaboration with BIEFFE has launched a new flip up helmet named Oscar. The helmet offers chin and back ventilations, which help’s air to circulate inside the helmet and provide the rider with fresh air especially during the summers.

The chin guard on the Oscar can be easily flipped up converting it into an open face jet helmet while the sharp angles and predator styling of the helmet compliments modern sport bikes.

Steelbird claims that the Oscar flip-up helmet is a perfect blend of world class quality, highly innovative features and world class safety standards and is ideal for all those who look for a helmet which is super stylish, compact, comfortable and safe. The Oscar helmet is built of high-impact ABS to absorb impact during an accident. The helmet is lightweight yet sturdy. Its polycarbonate anti-scratch coated visor protects the rider from dust and smoke, without obstructing vision.

Oscar helmet also has a designer interior, single button flip-up, visor locking system and Rachet locking system of the visor to effectively absorb the vibrations produced at the time of the accident and minimise head injuries. Also, the helmet comes with Anti-Theft Ring, Air and water tight spectra guard and polyester webbing used in chin-strip.
