SPIED: Motoroids reader spots production ready Suzuki Gixxer SLK

Suzuki Gixxer SLK - Exclusive Image

The fully faired Suzuki Gixxer is around the corner and spy images of the production ready motorcycle have started appearing on the internet. Latest images of the production ready fully faired Suzuki Gixxer, reportedly named as the Gixxer SLK, have come from Motoroids reader Saubhagya Vasdev.

As you can see through this image, this fully faired Gixxer looks identical to the Gixxer 155, except for addition of the full fairing. In fact, the fully faired Gixxer does not even receive a clip-on handlebar. But the absence of a clip-on handlebar provides for a comfortable riding stance, which along with the full fairing and bigger windscreen can come handy for long rides. The Suzuki logo that flows from tank all the way to the fairing is also a good addition.

The fully faired Gixxer SLK will continue to use the same 154.9cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, 2-valve motor that powers the Gixxer 155. The 154.9cc engine delivers 14.8 PS of power at 8000 RPM and 14 Nm of torque at 6000 RPM and comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

Clip-on handle bar needed for such a pretty gsx-r series model, without clip-on handle bar it is resembling stunner ignitor. It would have been better if they have installed clipon handle bar and stepup seat. Suzuki written on tank- faired body is not fascinating… it could be btr if they have used ny other graphics.
