New 2018 Ducati Hypermotard 939 Unveiled

Ducati has unveiled the MY2018 Hypermotard 939 which receives visual and mechanical upgrades. For 2018, the motorcycle features a new Star White Silk colour scheme. Stylish satin white, matched with the red frame and wheels, is aimed to enhance the design and style of the motorcycle. The new livery gives a taste of the Model Year 2018 which still offers the more “classic” Ducati Red with red frame and black wheels.

The Hypermotard range, which comprises the super-sporty Hypermotard 939 SP, mounts a 937 cm3 Ducati Testastretta 11° EURO 4 compliant engine that delivers 110 hp of maximum power and 95 Nm of peak torque. Behind, a fully adjustable Öhlins shock absorber gives 175 mm of rear wheel travel. The SP also features a raised chassis set-up, allowing lean angles of 47.5°. SP specifications bring the above-ground seat height to 890 mm. The Hypermotard 939 SP mounts Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP tyres.
