Maserati Ghibli Granlusso Revealed

Following the unprecedented success of the Maserati Ghibli in the international market, the Italian sports sedan is all set to be upgraded, both in terms of design and technological enhancements. Maserati has done this by the introduction of the new Ghibli Granlusso, which made its debut at the Chengdu Motor show in China on August 25, 2017.

The Maserati Ghibli Granlusso succeeds the newly adopted Maserati style signature. The Granlusso sports a reworked front bumper with dedicated chrome inserts and a new, detailed chrome front grille in order to provide aesthetic appeal for the Ghibli’s front. The italic styled Granlusso badge present at the bases of the front fenders along with the body color side skirts are unique to the new Ghibli’s design. The rear extractor along with the new rear bumper has been stylized and redesigned to give a crisp look which balances the design of the Ghibli’s front. All this restyling is done with aerodynamic efficiency in mind, ensuring that the Granlusso performs just as well as it appeals to the onlookers.

The Maserati Ghibli Granlusso is also technologically loaded. With Adaptive Full LED Headlights with glare free Matrix High-Beam for even illumination and an all-new ADAS functionality, allowing the Maserati to step-up its game and make a move for autonomous driving.

The interior of the car gets an updated 8.4-inch multi touch display. The infotainment system supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto along with improved aero-acoustics and noise reduction features.

Performance wise, the Ghibli Granlusso gets a 3.0-litre turbocharged V6 engine producing a punchy 354 bhp and 500 Nm of torque, mated to an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission.
