Hero Motocorp have unveiled their new Hastur 620cc motorcycle at the 2014 Auto Expo. Hero Motocorp asserts that the Hastur will shake up the middleweight motorcycle segment with its appeal.

The hastur is supposed to be powered by a water-cooled parallel twin engine with peak power output of 80PS @9600 rpm. Torque figures for the motorcycle have not been revealed yet. The new compact engine serves as a stressed member of the chassis meant to offer better handling and manouvrability.
