About the Announcement of World Urban Car
The World Car Award Ceremony was organized at the 2023 New York Auto Show in the USA. The announcement of the winner was done on 5th April at the opening of this auto show in the USA. The voting was followed by more than 100 international journalists from 32 different countries. The Urban Car Category comprises all the cars below 4.25m in length that are on sale in at least 2 major car markets of separate continents. Since the 2022 launch, Citroen has sold over 7,000 units in India and 14,000 units in the South American market.
About Citroen C3
Citroen C3 is a sub-4 metre cross hatchback from the house of a French car maker. The overall design language is funky with a rugged stance. Upfront, the Citroen C3 gets a chrome grille emerged with the Citroen logo, LED DRLs, Halogen-based headlights, fog lamps, a wide air dam and skid plates. On the side profile, the Citroen looks sporty in its side profile with roof rails and funky elements on the door and panels. This car sits on attractive 15-inch alloy wheels while it has a steel rim on the spare wheel. The rear profile features an inverse C-shaped taillight, reflectors and a tailgate with the Citroen logo embossed on it.
On the interior front, the Citroen C3 welcomes an airy interior. Customers can choose from 2 different interior themes: – Anodized Orange-black and Anodized Grey-black. Citroen C3 is available in various powertrain options. This car is available in 2 different engine options. The base engine is a 1.2L 3-cylinder non-turbo PureTech petrol engine churning out 82ps and 115nm of output. However, this car is also available with a punchy 1.2L 3-cylinder turbocharged PureTech petrol engine belting out 110ps and 190nm of output. The non-turbo engine is available with a 5-Speed Manual Transmission while the turbocharged engine is mated to 6-Speed Manual Transmission.
About Pricing and Warranty
The pricing range of Citroen C3 ranges from Rs. 5.98-8.25 Lakhs Ex-showroom. However, customers can personalize their C3 with various customization packs and interior theme options. Additionally, the Citroen C3 comes with a standard warranty of 2 years or 40,000 km. For extra peace of mind, customers can also choose to purchase extended warranty and maintenance packages.
