Everybody’s jumping on the 6×6 bandwagon, and it was about time we saw a 6-wheeled Hummer. So here it is, the Hummer Desert Ops Edition, an absolutely a one-of-a-kind 6-wheeler Hummer H2 SUT!
It started life as a standard 2009 Hummer H2 SUT Luxury, before Custom Outfitter/Limo Company purchased it and created this unique build. Originally intended for China, the vehicle has been stretched, along with the addition of a dummy axle which is not in drive line. The H2 has also been repainted in “Flat Dark Earth” the military desert color, and comes with a redesigned interior with new leather all over. The vehicle is now up for sale at A&L Imports Inc., a specialty independent dealer located in Colleyville, TX, USA.
The dealership says that the Hummer is absolutely loaded with all factory options, and comes with the Vortec 6.2L V8 SFI engine with Flex Fuel capabilities mated to a 6-speed automatic heavy-duty box, electronically controlled with overdrive, tow/haul mode and allows tap up/tap down shifting.
