We also posted when it emerged that the Captiva facelift is headed to India, Now, Chevrolet India’s official website has started showing pics of the updated Captiva and we expect the car to officially enter our market in coming days.

It may be noted that the Chevrolet Captiva has been endowed with several minor changes that should help the car remain fresh for another few years. The front end of the car gets a new bumper, new fog lamps and a revised front grill with a new mesh.
The rear end of the car gets a revised bumper and new exhaust tips. The biggest change here is the new set of tail-lights which get the quintessential LED treatment. In the profile, the only changes that the car gets are the new 18” alloy wheels that look far classier than the earlier units.
On the inside, the car comes with a revised instrument cluster, new upholstery and addition of leather upholstery option for the high end variants. The car also gets a longer equipment list which gets new features such as a dual zone climate control, heated rear seats and ambient lighting package. The car also gets keyless entry and start feature for the flagship variants.
Expect the India spec Captiva facelift to borrow the engine from the current model.
