2024 Porsche Panamera e-Hybrid Unveiled

Porsche has unveiled the 2024 Porsche Panamera e-Hybrid boasting a remarkable 536hp and an impressive 95km EV-only range.

Enhanced Battery and Charging Times

The 2024 Panamera e-Hybrid comes equipped with a larger 25.9kWh battery, a notable 8kWh increase from its predecessor. This technological marvel contributes to a significantly extended EV-only range of 95km.

Moreover, Porsche has revolutionized the charging experience, with the ability to charge in just 2 hours and 39 minutes from a domestic charger, a remarkable 1 hour and 26 minutes faster than the previous model.

Powertrain Excellence

The Panamera e-Hybrid offers multiple powertrain options, featuring a twin-turbocharged 2.9-litre V6 petrol engine, an electric motor, and the advanced 25.9kWh battery.

The Panamera 4 e-Hybrid’s V6 produces 300hp independently, but with the collaboration of a weight-optimized motor in the PDK eight-speed automatic gearbox, the total output soars to an impressive 470hp.

The Panamera 4S e-Hybrid takes it a step further with an additional 48hp, totaling a remarkable 544hp, ensuring a thrilling 0-100kph time of just 3.7 seconds.

Anticipated Turbo S e-Hybrid Model

The Panamera lineup is expected to welcome an even more powerful variant, the Turbo S e-Hybrid, surpassing the previous iteration’s 680hp.

This would position it as one of the quickest plug-in hybrids globally, a testament to Porsche’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of performance.

Aesthetic Enhancements

The PHEV Panameras distinguish themselves with an aerodynamically optimized front bumper and the option of green or black brake calipers. Despite these distinctions, the overall design remains consistent with the sleek and iconic Panamera aesthetic.

Porsche’s new Active Suspension Management (PASM) system is also available as an option, providing dynamic adjustments to the dampers for an enhanced driving experience.

India Line-Up

In India, Porsche enthusiasts can relish the latest-gen Panamera in an RWD V6 iteration, with the V8 version soon to follow. Unfortunately, the hybrid line-up won’t make its way to India due to limited demand.
