Mahindra Scorpio received a much required facelift earlier this week. The idea behind this model year upgrade was to help the Scorpio have a better chance against the competition. On the outside, the new Scorpio receives a premium look with a newly designed front end. The front of the new Scorpio sports projector headlights, LED daytime running lights, new grille and bumper. The rear gets new LED tail lights with a more edgier character.
Mahindra claims that the Scorpio has been mechanically upgraded for a better ride quality and you can read all about it in our exhaustive review.
Now that the new Scorpio is out, we decided to compare the technical specifications of this Mahindra made SUV with its closest competitors. The French made Renault Duster has taken the compact SUV market by storm and the price bracket in which it is placed puts it in direct competition with the new Scorpio.
