Remember the LML Freedom? The 110cc bike from the Uttar Pradesh based two wheeler maker? The Freedom when first launched and managed to give quite a fight to the more established manufacturers. However, sales became increasingly dismal towards the end of bike’s lifecycle and the brand was pulled off from the market.

LML has now re-launched the Freedom, after bestowing it with a few updates.

In its latest avatar, the LML Freedom gets a new dual tone paint job and a slightly revised front fairing. The seat also gets a minor revision. Other visual upgrades include black painted alloy wheels, engine engine, chrome heat plate on black silencer and silencer with chrome guard. The bike comes equipped with an electric starter, side stand with gear lock “Power” and “Economy” LED lights on the instrument console.

The LML Freedom continues to be powered by a single cylinder, 110cc engine. However, it isn’t yet known if the engine specs remain unchanged. Currently, LML has dealerships in Punjab, Chandigarh, NCR and Goa. However, LML might soon re-open its dealerships across the country.

The LML Freedom can be bought in either of the two variants – DX and LS. The Freedom DX has a sticker price of INR 49,410 and the Freedom LS has a sticker price of INR 49,950. (AllXBHP prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.)

It remains to be seen if the LML Freedom would be able to pose any threat to the more modern competition.
