Cases of road-rage seem to be increasing at an alarming rate. But in what seems to be a rare incident, an unknown person broke the tail lamp of a motorcycle and later discreetly stashed an apology note along with the repair money in the helmet strapped to the bike. Marc Knight, the owner of the motorcycle, said that the incident took place when he had parked his bike at the Rajiv Gandhi Government Hospital in Chennai.

Marc, who was regretting the incident, moved on to wear the helmet when he found the note rolled in with a couple of Rs.100 notes. While the note described the remorseful action of the mysterious person, the money was kept to pay for the damage to the motorcycle. Marc was taken aback by this kindhearted gesture. Such incidents are the ones that re-enforce the once lost faith in our co-existent human beings.
We at Motoroids appreciate this small yet meaningful effort taken by the unknown person and at the same time hope that the incident inspires others to do the same in case of such an event, whether or not you disclose your identity is another issue, but pay you must, for your deeds. After all, we enthusiasts understand what we go through in the event of our vehicles suffering from even the smallest of scratches.
