India’s 68th Independence Day is just around the corner and companies are utilising the opportunity to connect with the customers and promote their brand. Two-wheeler manufacturer, Yamaha Motor India, concluded its phase two of Kid’s carnival which was held this weekend in association with close to 100 Yamaha dealers across the country to celebrate Independence Day. The Kid’s carnival was conceptualized with a patriotic theme to stimulate feelings of patriotism among the kids.

Speaking on the occasion of this carnival, Roy Kurian, Vice President, Yamaha Motor India Sales said, “With our mission to create ‘Kando’ (Japanese term denoting ‘appreciation’, ‘admiration’) for our valuable customers we are always focused on novel ideas to engage with our audiences. Kids Carnival is among our most exciting customer connect initiative to engage with our dealers and customers. This was a very opportune time as we are celebrating our 68th Independence Day and we wanted to interact with and reward our future generation and customers. This was our way of inculcating patriotism among the kids and help in building them to be future responsible citizens.”

Many families along with kids participated in this carnival where they visited Yamaha showrooms and engaged themselves in various activities and also got firsthand opportunity to experience the Yamaha Alpha scooter and much more. The kids wore ethnic dress and also got Indian Flags on the occasion. Yamaha’s mascot ‘Zippy’ was also present to delight the kids through exciting games, competitions and other stimulating activities. The kids also took part in painting competition showcasing ‘India in the 21st century’ as well as Quiz based on national theme.
