Volkswagen Announces Monsoon Camp

After recently reporting a strong hike in sales, Volkswagen India has announced its monsoon campaign. Under this yearly program, 120 service centers will provide automobile care services. Services will include a free 40- point vehicle health check-up, to check if there is a need for maintenance or repair. This camp is available across all Volkswagen authorized service centers.

The is also planning to launch a loyalty program. The loyalty program comes with an Extended Warranty (EW), Service value package (SVP), and a few value packages (VAS). The camp can be unveiled for free and will run till 31st July. With this Campaign, Volkswagen is aiming to provide an inexpensive ownership experience by adding extracting discounts on its loyalty program like  Extended Warranty (EW), Service value package (SVP) and a few value packages (VAS) and selected value-added services (VAS).

As part of the campaign, a complimentary & thorough 40-point vehicle health check-up will keep the Volkswagen vehicle ready for any adventure while providing comfort, convenience and peace of mind ownership experience to our customers.” 

Volkswagen India was successful to double its sales in H1 2022 with its new launches like the Virtus and Taigun. The company secured a total of 21,588 units in the H1, which was double that last year. The highest 2,590 cars of Virtus were delivered under the mega delivery program, making Virtus a leading product.

The new Volkswagen Virtus was launched in June 2022, with a price tag of Rs 11.24 lakh. The Virtus secured the maximum sales in the H1 2022, Virtus offers two petrol engines, The first, is a 1.0-liter 3-cylinder turbo-petrol engine producing 115PS of power and 175Nm of peak torque, paired with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter. While the second 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine delivers 150hp and 250nm of torque. Transmission options are a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed DSG. The Virtus comes equipped with touch-sensitive automatic climate control, keyless entry with push-button start/stop, cruise control, digital instrument cluster, electric sunroof, wireless charging, and ventilated seats.
