VIDEO: Skoda Citigo 5 door

We have been talking in detail of the Skoda’s ‘smaller than Fabia’ Citigo hatchback. The vehicle, like almost every product from the Czech manufacturer, is based on a Volkswagen. Also towards the end of last year, you saw us reporting about Skoda’s parent company VW revealing the 5 door version of the Up! hatchback. Now, the news is that after launching the official images a few days back, Skoda has come up with a promotional video of 5 door Citigo before its official debut at the Geneva motor show in March. Sharing it with the three-door version, the five-door Citigo will be powered by a 1.0-litre three-cylinder gasoline burner. The five-door version of the Citigo hatchback is 3560mm long, 1650mm wide and 1480mm high. It may be noted that these dimensions are common to both 3 door and 5 door variants. We have repeatedly said that the VW Up! is headed our way and now that VW will be here, will the Czech cousin be far behind?
