The entry level CBR motorcycles from Honda are scheduled for an facelift very soon and the Japanese two-wheeler maker, according to Indian import and export data website Zauba, has already imported one unit of the updated CBR150R into the country.
Irrespective of the data, the good news is that the new updated Honda CBR150R will come to India soon. Cosmetically, the new CBR150R gets Fireblade style dual headlight and a new exhaust. The upcoming CBR150R also gets a Truss frame and pro-link suspension which are borrowed from its bigger siblings.

The updated CBR150R receives the same 149.4cc single-cylinder cooled motor that powers the older model but with a new dicylinder head and muffler and a remapped ECU. The new CBR150R now delivers 17.1 PS of power, 0.7 PS lesser than the old motorcycle. The torque output, however, has gone up from 12.6 Nm to 13 Nm. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox and the top speed is a claimed 131 km/h.

Honda should Launch this new updated CBR 150 by this march ! becoz R15 was updating their colors with 6 more (for every 2months )…so Honda apart from 4 years their is no color updates and in Switch gear too….becoming hopeless day by day….and if someone thought to buy a CBR 150 feeling shame….outdated version…I don’t know why Honda is not taking care of Indian customers… and the new CBR 150 was launched in Indonesia in 2013 August itself ! but in India still that hopeless worst 4 colors remains same and costs high…..
and I called to Honda Customer care ( 1800 103 3434 )…always they says no information ! I don’t know why they r for !
so Honda please think seriously and better to launch good sports bike like R15 in 150 Cc with a better fuel efficiency bike..with reasonable price and colors ( Minimum 5-8 at a time )… and don’t provide useless Switchgear like cheap Quality…even splender has Pass lights and…Don’t for to provide Engine kill Switch too.

Baby cbr was already too damn hot and now they have recreated it to a monster…eagerly waiting for it…
Had it been 4 years back I would have closed my eyes and bought a honda. Not anymore. They have expanded like mushroom but have compromised on their strength, quality. What is even worrying that many of their service personnel are ill qualified. Due to running businesa they have increased arrogance quotient. Honda might be eyeing exactly this so that product is gone early and they can sell more.
