Ultraviolette F99 Factory Racing Platform

Ultraviolette’s commitment to redefining the benchmarks of electric motorcycle technology is exemplified through the F99 Factory Racing Platform. Garnering significant interest at EICMA 2023, the F99 introduces a fully-faired motorcycle equipped with advanced battery technology and groundbreaking drivetrain innovations.

Revolutionary Features

The F99 stands out with its active aerodynamics, drawing inspiration from supersonic fighter jets. The integration of carbon fibre in the construction of its Active Aerodynamics, including the panels and winglets, sets a new standard in the industry. The Active Aerodynamics are strategically placed on the air shield, functioning as an air windshield, and the two front cowl ducts, effectively channeling air to the motor and compressing it through vanes. This sophisticated mechanism creates a shield of high-velocity air molecules, optimizing airflow over the rider’s helmet and reducing drag significantly.

Furthermore, the Air-Blade, integrated into the side panel or side fairing, dynamically adjusts to lean angles, enhancing downforce during cornering. This real-time electronically actuated system ensures optimal performance. Several additional winglets are positioned at the front and rear of the vehicle, further refining aerodynamic efficiency. Boasting an impressive top speed of 265 kph, the F99’s liquid-cooled motor generates a maximum power output of 120 bhp (90 kW), enabling the motorcycle to accelerate from 0 to 100 kph in just 3 seconds.

A Glimpse into the Future

With an aero drag coefficient of 0.45 and a mere kerb weight of 178 kg, the F99 Factory Racing Platform is poised to redefine the norms in the world of motorsports, delivering an unparalleled experience to riders worldwide. Ultraviolette anticipates the global commercial launch of the F99 by 2025, reinforcing its unwavering commitment to revolutionizing global electric motorcycle performance and technology standards.
