Toyota has launched a new digital portal ‘Wheels on Web’ for the convenience of its customers. This portal allows customers to experience and book their cars online. Currently, this digital platform is available only in Bangalore. However, the brand will introduce this platform in a variety of cities across the country.

The new Wheels on Web portal is an extension of the virtual showroom launched in 2021. This platform also allowed customers to experience the car without visiting the showroom. Now, the new Wheels on Web platform is more focused on customer convenience. According to Toyota, the digital platform has increased sales by five times and e-bookings by 13 times. This digital platform has 13 lakh visitors annually.

The Wheels on Web platform provides a 360-degree experience of the vehicle without having to visit the showroom. It offers every detail of the vehicle depending on the variant and configuration. Customers can also book their cars online on this platform. Buyers can also purchase accessories and add-on packages such as an extended warranty. This platform offers a variety of services including vehicle exchange, vehicle tracking, financing, leasing, payment options, etc.

Models and Regions for Wheels on Web

The Wheels on Web platform is currently available in Bangalore. In a later phase, the brand will launch this platform in various cities across the country. Currently, this portal showcases a limited number of models online. The portal displays Hycross (petrol), Hilux, Legender, Camry, Fortuner, and Innova Crysta (GX) on this website. Other models such as the Glanza, Urban Cruiser Hyryder, and Vellfire aren’t featured on this platform.

With the availability of our varied models on this platform, we are confident of meeting the growing needs of the consumers at large”.
