Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. (NMIPL) today announced the opening of its two new dealerships in the cities of Nagpur and Kolkata. These would be the company’s first dealerships of the global carmaker in Vidarbha and West Bengal regions respectively. The Nagpur dealership will be called Navnit Nissan (D-3, MIDC, Hingna, Nagpur – 440016) while the Kolkata dealership will be called Chandrani Nissan (Ground Floor, 1/1 A, PS Pace Building. Mohindra Roy Lane, Topsia, Kolkata – 700 046). The company has a goal of covering more than 78% of the national territory. Currently 14 states of the country have Nissan dealerships.
NMIPL is partnering with Hover Automotive India for marketing, sales, after-sales service and dealer development. The company today has 32 dealers operational across the country and aims to have more than 100 dealers by 2013.
