The new Aston Martin V12 Vantage S was recently unveiled by the famous British sportscar maker. Powered by a 6.0-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine that offers more power, the new V12 Vantage S is an all-out performance-focussed machine that is among the most serious of all cars that Aston Martin has built in recent times.
The new car’s 6.0-litre, naturally aspirated, V12 motor has a max power output of 573PS and a peak torque of 620Nm. The engine can propel the car to a top whack of 328 kmph. The engine comes mated to a seven-speed, rear mid-mounted Sportshift III automated manual transmission with electronic shift-by-wire control system.
The car can be driven in any of the three modes on offer- Normal, Sport and Track. The car benefits from performance enhancing bits like a three-stage adaptive damping system, a new exhaust system that has been derived from that of the One-77 and an overall performance level that is definitely above that of the old Vantage.
