Maxi-scooter Honda Forza 350 Patented

Although the Honda Forza 350 maxi-scooter was never formally launched in India, it has recently become a hot issue. And here in India, Honda has recently filed a patent for the design of the most recent Forza 350 model.

Honda has a history of patenting designs for foreign automobiles while never introducing them in our market, so it’s quite probable that this Forza design patent is just another instance of the Japanese company defending its intellectual property. But, there is also a remote possibility that something might actually result from this.

Honda sent in a very small number of these scooters a few years back as part of a dealer showcase, and by the time it was over, every single one of them had found a customer. There is a niche market in India for such a maxi-scooter, so little as its market may be.

The Indian scooter market is also growing, which inspires producers to introduce larger, more expensive goods. Two 300cc Keeway scooters and the incredibly stunning BMW C 400 GT were introduced last year. T he Forza 350’s pricing can be higher than Rs 5 lakh when it eventually reaches Indian dealerships.

Honda Forza 350 Performance

Engine displacement increased from 279cc to 330cc. Forza 350 now produces 29.2PS at 7500rpm and 31.5Nm at 5250rpm, up 1.3PS and 4.3Nm from Forza 300, thanks to Honda’s enlarged bore and stroke. In addition to being more potent than the Forza 300, it also uses less fuel. with rider assistance features like traction control and dual-channel ABS. The Forza 350’s hardware includes a telescopic fork and a twin-shock configuration at the back. Braking is handled by a single 256mm disc up front and a 240mm disc in back. Its front and rear wheels, each measuring 15 inches, are fitted with 120/70-section and 140/70-section tyres, respectively.

Honda Forza 350 Design

Compared to the Forza 300, the Forza 350 appears more streamlined. Sharper lines, body panels that overlap, and intelligent material utilisation all contribute to the vehicle’s more sophisticated appearance. For shorter riders, a seat height of 780mm should be ideal. Up to two full-face helmets can be stored conveniently under the seat. Choose from matte grey, pearl grey, or matte blue, which are the three available colours.

Honda Forza 350 Features

The emergency stop signal (ESS) and all-LED lighting system on the Forza 350 both rapidly flicker when you apply heavy braking pressure. The electronically adjustable windscreen may now be adjusted up to 180mm, which is an increase of 40mm. A USB charging port in the glove box, where you can conveniently store your phone, has taken the position of the previous charging plug on the front apron. Keyless ignition, a semi-digital instrument console with two analogue dials, and an LCD screen in the centre that shows the odometer, trip metres, and maintenance alerts are additional essential elements.
