Hyundai India has embraced a visionary approach to the organizational structure by introducing a new co-created and reimagined model. The model consists of a collaboration of Hyundai India with Deloitte India. This transformative step aligns with its mission of ‘Progress for Humanity’ and assists to lead the industry.

Aim of Hyundai for restructuring the HR practices

The company aims to implement collaborative networks with the implementation of a more agile hierarchy. This will enable the employees to showcase their talents and grow through dynamic career pathways.

The journey towards transformation began with the inception of Hyundai’s prestigious Leadership Excellence Academy (LEAD). This initiative is designed to create a sustainable and futuristic development framework.

The LEAD also facilitates multi-assignment exposures, allowing participants to enhance their skills and perspectives in diverse settings. By fostering a culture of continuous growth and development, Hyundai is empowering its employees to reach new heights of success.
