Pulsar 135 LS reaches 100,000 sales figure!

Bajaj Auto is sure riding a wave of success. Their Discover 100 turned out to be a huge hit among the commuters, and now the Pulsar 135LS seems to be replicating the success story. The recently launched bike, which holds the distinction of being the world’s first 135cc, four-stroke, four-valve bike, has crossed the 100,000 sales mark. The latest addition to the Pulsar family of bikes seems to have struck a chord with the youngsters and seems to be flying of the showroom floors at a crazy rate.

The Pulsar 135LS, where LS stands for Light Sports, has a kerb weight of only 122 kg which gives it an impressive power-to-weight ratio of 110.6 Ps/tonne. Priced attractively at Rs.52,997 ex-showroom Delhi, the bike is luring a lot of 150cc buyers with its lower price, great styling and comparable performance. The sales of the bike have been boosted by the multiple Bike of the Year awards it has won after its launch.
