The BMW 435i Coupe-based Alpina B4 Bi-Turbo, which made its public debut at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show last year is soon to go topless as BMW would unveil the new BMW Alpina B4 Bi-Turbo convertible at the fast approaching Geneva Auto Show next month.

The BMW Alpina B4 Bi-Turbo Convertible, much like the Coupe variant, is based on the BMW 435i and is powered by an updated 3.0 liter six pot twin turbocharged motor that has a max power of 404hp and peak torque of 600 Nm. The 435i has a max power of 306PS and peak torque of 400Nm.

Thanks to the additional weight due to the retractable roof, the Cabrio will be marginally slower than the coupe and will have a 0-100 kmph sprint time of 4.5 seconds and a top whack of 301kmph. The coupe variant is capable of dismissing off 100kmph from standstill in marginally lesser 4.2 seconds and has a slightly higher top speed of 305 kmph.

The upcoming BMW Alpine B4 Bi-turbo cabriolet will ride on 20-inch wheels, shod with 245/30 tires up front and 265/30 on the rear. In Germany, The Alpina B4 Bi-Turbo Cabrio will go on sale this spring and will have an all inclusive price of €74,800.
