The rugged Royal Enfield Himalayan will be soon seen carrying the heroes from the Fire Department in the Financial Capital of the country. The customised Royal Enfield Himalayan was showcased at Mumbai Fire Brigade Head Quarter.

Draped in the official Fire Brigade paint, the customised Himalayan gets a high pressure pump which, as reported, can deliver 130 bar pressure with a reach of nearly 20 meters. A 25 meter high pressure hose reel is connected to a 60 litre water tank. The motorcycle can fight moderate level fire for upto 10 minutes. The customised motorcycle is designed to serve as a quick response tool.
In terms of performance, the customised Royal Enfield Himalyan continues to use the stock 411cc single-cylinder air-cooled SOHC engine that delivers a maximum power of 24.5 bhp @ 6500 rpm and peak torque of 32 Nm @4000-4500 rpm.
