Days after bringing to you the first images of the Quanto, aka Mini Xylo, and an official statement from Mahindra about the launch, we have some more news to share on the car. Country’s leading auto magazine Autocar India has managed to get some really clear images of the mini SUV’s interior. The fresh images confirm that the sub 4 –meter vehicle is actually going to be a 7 seater – quite a feat with such small dimensions. There isn’t any space for luggage once the facing twin seats in the boots are deployed, however, you can stow away a small bag or a suitcase under each rear seat.
The dashboard of the new car has been borrowed from the bigger Xylo, as expected. The middle row seems to have ample legroom, again a great feat for a vehicle this size with a capability to seat seven. We cannot see any rear AC vents on the vehicle, probably a cost cutting measure keeping the smaller size of the vehicle in mind. The spy pictures at the ACI site also show six spoke alloy wheels on the vehicle, which means that the test mule may well be a top of the line variant. If a feature is not present here, chances are that it won’t be there at all
