It seems like Bajaj is eyeing the sub Rs 40,000 segment of motorcycles as the Indian two-wheeler major has reportedly revived its CT 100 commuter motorcycle. Reports from automotive website IAB suggest that Bajaj has revived its 100cc commuter motorcycle, the CT 100, for 2015 with a few tweaks to keep up with the changing times. The new 2015 CT 100 now receives alloy wheels instead of spokes and new graphics.

But the changes are limited to cosmetics only as the CT 100 is powered by the same single-cylinder, four-stroke 99.27 cc motor that was found on the previous model. The single-cylinder motor delivers 8.2 hp and 8.05 Nm of torque and comes mated to a 4-speed gearbox. Report also suggests that the suspension has been tuned to deliver a comfortable ride.

The motorcycle is priced at Rs 35,801 (ex-showroom). At that price point, the CT 100 is likely to find buyers in Tier III cities. Do you agree with us? Share your thoughts and opinions with us through the comments section below.
