The “My Volkswagen” app provides a 360° experience with holistic offerings for the customer. From exploring the Volkswagen product portfolio to scheduling test drives, the app offers a comprehensive suite of features. It includes a 360° car visualizer, online booking, and even organizing service schedules.
Enhanced Customer Convenience
The app enables users to monitor their fuel usage and expenses, calculate service costs, and conduct an evaluation of their pre-owned car. It also provides indicative financial transparency and planning.
Safety Features
The “My Volkswagen” app includes safety features like location tracking, geo-fencing, time-fencing, and monitoring the vehicle health & statistics. It also allows users to assess their driving behavior and performance in real-time.
Connected On The Go
The application enables users to locate their nearest dealership, service workshop, and get road-side assistance, if required. It also includes an innovative “digital owner’s manual” which provides information about the car, features, etc. with “text search”, “voice command”, and even “scan the image” options.
